This is where your title partner joins your team.  We rapidly begin searching title, ordering payoffs and surveys.  Communication is the key to a smooth closing and we will be contacting you for pertinent information to process your file and prepare the legal documents to convey title.  Constant communications are made with the realtors and lenders so everyone is kept up to the minute.

Closing date is fast approaching and final details are at hand.  Final monetary figures will be calculated by us and sent to the realtors and lender for approval.  Once approved the HUD-1 Settlement Statement will be delivered to you for your review.

Closing date is here!  All parties to the transaction meet at the closing table where all legal documents to convey title to the property are explained and executed.  If a loan is obtained to purchase the property, all documents to secure the lien on the property are explained and executed.  All monies according to the HUD-1 Settlement Statement are disbursed and keys are released.  A house now has a new owner to make it their home and to build memories.

Each transaction is unique and a storybook of its own, with its own special needs.  Whether it is a paid off mortgage with no satisfaction recorded, a mail away or the need for a Power of Attorney, we are here to assist you and handle each need.
